I went Tokyo with my friend last weekend.
I was looking forward to going to the hotel "MANDARIN ORIENTAL TOKYO ".
We went the French restaurant which is in Mandarin Oriental on Sunday .
As for Amuse , FRIT of frog meat.

and three items ,the saute of a fish,


the dessert is JURE, mousse, Cake&Cookie.

vegetable plantation

I went to the vegetable plantation which a coworker‘s parent　 manages,
with the coworker, their family, and my relative yesterday.
A Japanese pumpkin, corn, flower , a cucumber, a tomato, a zucchini, etc. .. The fresh vegetables which grew up in response to a solar light. Especially about corn, since it is fresh and sweet, We can eat raw. It was really delicious.

SHIGEMATHU cooking class

I have carried out to the cooking class together with my friend.
Menus are the rice steamed with onion and beef,fried tofu with amber sauce, and package baking of a hairtail. I was able to study the tips it is made for oil not to hit when fring tofu,and how to take the bone of a hairtail, etc. It'S difficult for a fish to take down.

When I was cleaning the room, these came out from the lumber room.
It is the toy which was being used when I was a child.
The cooking set of a miniature, and "a Japanese beanbag" and "MANGEKYOU"

It is nostalgic..

英会話レッスン中！

仕事で英語が必要になったので、年甲斐もなく英会話を始めました。
大学では英文科を専攻していたにも関わらず、ちっとも話せない私・・

のろのろレッスンでは追いつきそうにないので、スパルタ方針に変更！

Dear All,

Recently, since it was English necessary at work, I began English conversation lesson.
At a university, in spite of having majored in the department of English,cannot be spoken at all. It is deplorable..

Since it is unlikely to catch up even if he is studying slowly, it changes into the Sparta plan! I decided to write a diary in English and Japanese. (-- although it is likely to play truant ..)

Tea Timeのシンプルシフォンケーキ

そごうの催事で出ていたTeaTimeのケーキ。
持ち運びしても崩れない、そしてホールで１０００円という安さが魅力です。上田悦子さんプロデュースの添加物を使わない身体に優しいケーキのお店。

適度にもちもちとした食感のシフォンと、優しいクリームのあっさりとした風味で何切れでも食べれてしまう・・・。

安さに惹かれて買ったものの、今後のお気に入りになりそうです。


This is the cake of TeaTime.

しら河のひつまぶし

いままで名古屋で食べそびれていたひつまぶしを食べました。最初はそのまま、二杯目は薬味と一緒に、最後はお茶漬けで。私のお気に入りはお茶漬けです。名古屋のしら河でいただきました。

This is one of the dishes which I ate all the time and extorted.

ブラジリアンＢＢＱ

一昨日、昨日はブラジリアンＢＢＱキャンプに行っておりました。

通常のＢＢＱと違い、やいた肉類と野菜ソースを網であぶったパンにはさんで食べるんです。

食べても食べても肉の山・・という感じで、半年分のたんぱく質を摂取したような気が・・

不思議なもので野外だと食べられるんですよね


I had gone to Tanba from the day before yesterday to yesterday.
It camped with friends. Temperature was low the inside of a mountain ! Supper is BBQ of the Brazil style. The usual BBQ was differed from. It inserts into bread, burning meat and a sausage and pouring vegetable sauce. A meal progresses to a wonderful thing in case of the outdoors.

丹波の風景

普段は朝の5時に目が覚めるなんてことありえないのに・・自然のなかにいるとどんなにつかれていても5時におきれるみたい。

主催者の方はアウトドアのベテランで、コーヒーメーカーまで持ってきてくれていました。
丹後ののどかな朝の風景の中いただいたコーヒーは格別でした。
